Timber Creek Distillery Florida Rum Vodka Gin Whiskey Bourbon
Florida Rum
Quick take: Clear rum made from evaporated cane syrup and distilled on a traditional pot still to keep flavor.
This rum has more character than a neutral base. It stays clean, but it does not disappear.
It works well in simple drinks, and it also holds up over ice.
Florida Apple Pie Rum
Quick take: Want apple pie in a bottle? This rum is built from real apple ingredients and warm spice.
It starts with the clear rum base, then brings in apple juice concentrate, Saigon cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla,
apples, raisins, and a touch of lemon. The goal is apple pie flavor that tastes real.
Florida Vodka
Quick take: North Florida red winter wheat vodka with a soft, clean profile that tastes like fresh white bread.
This vodka is smooth without being empty. It holds up in cocktails and surprises people neat.
The wheat character is the point.
Florida Gin
Quick take: Honeysuckle-forward gin made by distilling botanicals separately, then blending for balance.
Botanicals include honeysuckle, rose, lavender, fennel, peppercorn, juniper, cucumber, and lemon peel.
The separate distillation keeps the flavor clean and controlled.
Florida Whiskey
Quick take: Wheated bourbon-style whiskey made from corn, wheat, and barley, bottled at 93 proof and unfiltered.
This is the smooth, sweet pour in the lineup. Wheat softens the edges and keeps it friendly,
while unfiltered bottling keeps more texture.
Southern Reserve Florida Whiskey
Quick take: Four-grain bourbon with rye up front for more spice, depth, and weight.
The mash bill uses corn, rye, barley, and wheat. Rye leads, so it feels richer and more focused.
This is the one people sip slowly.
Florida Black Rye Whiskey
Quick take: 100% rye whiskey made from Florida 401 Black Rye with spicy, floral flavor and a high finish.
Florida 401 Black Rye is an heirloom grain adapted to sandy soil with low yield and high character.
The whiskey drinks forward, spicy, and floral, with a hotter finish on the back end.
Florida Single Malt Whiskey
Quick take: Barley-forward single malt whiskey with no smoke, no peat, bottled at 90 proof and unfiltered.
This one is about clean malt flavor and texture. No smoke. No peat.
If you like Scotch or Irish whiskey styles but want something brighter, this fits the lane.
