What Makes Timber Creek Distillery Different
Timber Creek Distillery is not a themed tasting room or a contract bottling brand. It is a working distillery where spirits are produced on site, from raw ingredients through distillation and aging. Visitors are not just tasting finished products — they are stepping inside the process itself.
Unlike many distilleries that outsource production or focus primarily on retail experiences, Timber Creek operates with full control over fermentation, distillation, blending, and finishing. This grain-to-glass approach allows for technical transparency, consistency, and hands-on education that extends beyond the tasting bar.
At Timber Creek, experiences are designed to explain why spirits taste the way they do — not just what they taste like. Guests can walk through an active production facility, see equipment in use, and participate in structured tastings and blending sessions that reflect real distilling decisions.
This combination of on-site production, visitor access, and technical depth is what defines Timber Creek Distillery.
On the wine side, we do source all the wine from boutique wineries with low production numbers. You can taste the wine in our tasting room our theirs, but that’s it.
