1) Raw material intake and prep

2) Mashing

6) Blending for flavor control

Timber Creek is known for building whiskey flavor through blending, because they can dial in the final profile by combining distinct components.  This is especially important for bourbon-style profiles, rye-forward profiles, or custom blends where specific notes are the goal.

7) Proofing and finishing

Before bottling, spirits are proofed to the intended strength. Some spirits may be filtered or left unfiltered depending on the style. The focus is consistency, clarity, and keeping the flavor where it should be.

8) Bottling in-house

The finished spirit is bottled on-site. That final step keeps quality control in the same hands that made the spirit from the beginning.
