Saturday, February 28th (11 AM – 4 PM)

The Second Annual Crawfish Boil at Timber Creek Distillery is happening this coming Saturday, February 28th, from 11 AM to 4 PM, and it’s quickly becoming one of the most anticipated events we host all year. We had such a strong turnout and such a good time last year that we knew it couldn’t be a one-and-done. At the same time, we also knew we didn’t want it to become routine. So this is officially an annual tradition—once a year, one Saturday, one big boil—and then we wait until next year to do it again.

We’re Driving to Louisiana for the Crawfish

This Thursday, we’re loading up and driving to Louisiana to pick up the crawfish ourselves. That part matters. If we’re going to host a proper boil, we’re not cutting corners. Fresh crawfish, brought straight back to Crestview, seasoned the way they’re supposed to be, and boiled in batches throughout the day. There’s something about that drive west that makes the whole event feel earned. It’s part work, part ritual, and part excitement knowing that by Saturday those sacks will turn into full tables, loud conversations, and piles of shells.

Ticket Pricing – Sale Ends Wednesday

Tickets are currently $50, and that gets you all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink (21 and up to drink). That price holds through Wednesday. After Wednesday, tickets increase to $75. Once we make that Louisiana run and commit to quantities, labor, and product, we lock it in. So if you’re reading this and thinking about coming, you’ve got a couple more days to grab the discounted ticket before the price moves up.

You can secure your spot here: Crawfish Boil Tickets at Timber Creek Distillery.

All You Can Eat. All You Can Drink.

This is not a tasting plate and it’s not a limited sampler. It’s a full afternoon built around food, drinks, and time to enjoy both. We’ll be serving traditional boil favorites in steady rotation throughout the event:

  • Crawfish
  • Shrimp
  • Andouille sausage
  • Corn
  • Potatoes
  • Wood-fired pizzas

The boil pots will run consistently, and we’ll keep food coming. On the beverage side, we’ll have cocktails on tap to keep things moving efficiently. No long waits, no complicated ordering process—just solid drinks poured fast so you can get back to your table. If you’ve spent any time at our Distillery, you already know the kind of setting we’re working with: open space, farm backdrop, and room to spread out without feeling packed in.

Family-Friendly Atmosphere (21+ to Drink)

The Crawfish Boil is family-friendly. Under 21 is welcome to attend and eat. The all-you-can-drink portion applies to guests 21 and up. We host it during the day intentionally. It’s meant to feel open, relaxed, and community-focused. Kids can run around, adults can settle in, and everyone can enjoy the afternoon without it feeling rushed or overly formal. Timber Creek has always been about experience, not just product, and this event reflects that.

Why We Only Do This Once a Year

We could host multiple boils throughout the season, but part of what makes this one special is that it’s limited. When something happens once a year, people show up differently. There’s more energy. More appreciation. More anticipation. Last year’s boil confirmed that. We watched tables fill up, saw first-time crawfish peelers get coached through the process, and saw shells stack high by the end of the afternoon. It felt less like a promotion and more like a gathering.

That’s what we’re repeating this Saturday. Not just the menu, but the atmosphere.

Location and Details

The event takes place at Timber Creek Distillery, located at:

6451 Lake Ella Rd
Crestview, Florida

If you’ve visited us for a distillery tour or one of our seasonal events before,

you already know the layout. If you haven’t, this is a perfect introduction. We’re situated on open property with plenty of space to sit, stand, and move around comfortably.

Come Hungry

There’s no reason to show up half-ready. This is all-you-can-eat. Skip the heavy breakfast. Bring your appetite.  The Crawfish Boil is built around abundance and shared tables, not small portions and quick exits.

Final Reminder – This Saturday

Saturday, February 28th, from 11 AM to 4 PM. Tickets are $50 through Wednesday, then they increase to $75. We leave Thursday to pick up the crawfish in Louisiana, and once that happens, we’re fully committed to Saturday’s volume. If you’re planning to attend, now is the time to lock in your spot.
