Timber Creek Distillery’s Independence Eve Pickup Party takes place Friday, July 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at our family farm at 6451 Lake Ella Rd in Crestview, Florida. It’s a full day of wood-fired pizza, tastings, tours, cocktail experiences, and stock-up case deals — the perfect way to load up before the Fourth and toast America’s 250th birthday with spirits made right here in the Panhandle.
So clear your Friday. Round up your people. We’re throwing the doors open on the whole farm, and we want you out here for all of it.
Why we’re doing this
We love this country. We always have. And in 2026, America turns 250 years old — a milestone that doesn’t come around twice in anyone’s lifetime. A birthday like that deserves more than a warm can of something forgettable from the back of a gas station cooler. It deserves the real thing.
For us, the real thing is spirits made the hard way: grain to glass. We ferment it, distill it, barrel it, and bottle it right here on our 240-acres. There’s no shortcut in any of that, and we wouldn’t take one if you offered it. That stubbornness is a big part of how we became Florida’s most awarded craft distillery — and it’s exactly the kind of spirit the Fourth of July is supposed to celebrate.
So this year, we’re marking the country’s 250th the only way we know how: by inviting you out to the place where it all happens, pouring you something we’re proud of, and sending you home with a case to keep the party going through the weekend.
Pick your case
Here’s the heart of the day, and it’s simple. You choose your case, and your case comes loaded.
The $100 case is six bottles of our vodka, rum, and gin — mix and match however you like. Want all rum? Done. Want two vodka, two gin, and a pair of our fan-favorite Apple Pie Rum? Build it your way. These are the bottles that carry a cookout: easy in a punch bowl, easy over ice, easy on the porch while the burgers char.
Looking for something to sip Whiskey? The $200 case is six bottles of our award-winning Florida whiskey — the stuff you pour neat after the fireworks fade and the kids finally crash. It’s barrel-aged, patient, and built for the quiet end of a long celebration. If whiskey’s your language, this is the case that speaks it.
Either way you go, your case includes a three-cocktail flight poured on-site during the party, for guests 21 and older with valid ID. Think of it as a guided lap through what we do best — three cocktails, made by our team, sipped right here on the farm while the pizza oven hums in the background.
And for the early birds: the first five cases sold are our Launch Five. Same price as everyone else, but they include an extra Beach Bag — our 1.5-liter, ready-to-drink cocktail that’s basically summer in a bottle. There are only five, and when they’re gone, they’re gone. So if you want one, don’t roll in at 6:45.
Wood-fired pizza, all day long
You will not go hungry. The wood-fired oven runs from open to close, turning out blistered, bubbling pies all day($20). There’s something about a pizza pulled straight from a live fire — the char, the smoke, the way the cheese pulls — that pairs perfectly with a cold cocktail and a hot Florida afternoon.
Come for lunch and stay through the evening, or swing by after the beach to refuel before you head home. Either way, the oven’s lit and the table’s set. Bring an appetite; we’ll handle the rest.
Belly up for a tasting
Curious what makes a grain-to-glass spirit different from the mass-produced stuff? The tasting bar is the place to find out. Step up, sample across our lineup, and taste the difference that small batches and local grain actually make.
Our team will walk you through each pour — what’s in it, how we made it, and why it tastes the way it does. It’s a low-key, no-pressure way to find your new favorite before you commit to a case. And it’s a lot of fun to discover that the vodka you assumed was “just vodka” has more character than you bargained for. Tastings are for guests 21 and older; bring your ID.
Take the tour
This is a working farm and a working distillery, and on July 3 we’re pulling back the curtain. Take a tour and see exactly where your bottle comes from — the mash, the ferment, the gleaming copper still, the rows of charred oak barrels resting in the warm Florida air.
It’s one thing to read “grain to glass” on a label. It’s another to stand in the room where the grain becomes the glass. Our tours are part history lesson, part backstage pass, and entirely the kind of thing that makes you taste your next pour a little differently. Kids and curious cousins welcome — there’s plenty here for everyone to see.
Cocktail experiences worth the drive
If you really want to drink, our cocktail experiences are the move. Learn how our bartenders build a proper drink from our spirits — the techniques, the ratios, the little tricks that turn a decent cocktail into a great one or just buy our beach bag. You’ll walk away knowing how to make something at home that’ll have your Fourth of July guests asking who taught you.
It’s interactive, it’s hands-on, and it’s genuinely a blast. Whether you’re a seasoned home bartender or someone who’s only ever cracked a seltzer, you’ll find your level. And yes — these experiences are for the 21-and-up crowd, ID in hand.
Make a day of it
We’re an easy drive from the Emerald Coast, which makes us the perfect last stop before a holiday weekend. Spending the Fourth at the beach? Swing through Crestview on your way, grab your case, and you’ll be the most popular person at the cookout. Local to the Panhandle? This is your backyard — come claim it.
Here’s a plan that works: roll in for lunch and a few slices, take a tour while everything settles, sample your way through a tasting, sit in on a cocktail experience, then close out by picking your case and loading the truck. That’s a full, easy, genuinely fun day — and you’ll leave stocked for the entire weekend.
Bring friends. Bring family. The more the merrier, and there’s room for all of you out here.
