Developed as an extension of the distillery’s grain-to-glass production model, the kit gives whiskey enthusiasts a hands-on way to understand how individual grains and blending decisions shape a finished bourbon-style whiskey.

Bourbon lovers have the opportunity to blend their own whiskey using a process pioneered at Timber Creek. Each grain is individually milled, mashed, distilled, barreled, and aged on site. As a result, the final components are 100 percent single-grain whiskeys rather than a single pre-set mash bill. Selected barrels are then hand-picked and blended to create Timber Creek’s balanced bourbon profile.
