Our Private Label Program lets you create your own custom spirit brand with a recipe and flavor profile that’s completely unique to you. For whiskey we work with already-aged single-grain distillations—corn, rye, wheat, and barley—that we distill and age separately for maximum control. From there, we custom blend each batch to match your preferred taste. This program isn’t limited to just whiskey — we also produce private label bourbon, vodka, rum, and gin, each crafted with the same attention to detail as our own Timber Creek lineup. Every spirit is made in-house, bottled under your brand, and built to meet the highest quality standards. We handle the blending, distillation, aging, bottling, and all compliance requirements, making it easy for restaurants, bars, non-profits, corporate gift programs, and brands expanding into the liquor market to launch a premium, small-batch spirit without building their own distillery. Do you make any spirits in collaboration with other businesses?

Yes. Timber Creek Distillery makes booze for other businesses, and it’s a major part of what we do.

We run a full private label spirits program, acting as the behind-the-scenes production partner for restaurants, resorts, brands, associations, and professionals. We handle everything in-house: mashing or cooking the grains, fermentation, distillation, aging when applicable, blending, bottling, label design and printing, and final packaging. From raw ingredients to finished bottles, we’re the back of house.

Whiskey or bourbon: 60 bottles, 750ml, 90 proof, starting around $2,400

Those prices cover well-made, standard products. If you want something more specialized—different proofs, custom blends, or older barrels (up to around 10 years)—pricing adjusts accordingly. Most of what goes out the door is in the five-to-six-year range, which hits a great balance of maturity, flavor, and value.

We also offer private label wine, partnering with boutique wineries to provide access to exceptional wines—often bottles you simply can’t find. It’s a different side of the business, but the same philosophy applies: quality first, shortcuts never.

Instead of fermenting and distilling all grains together, corn, wheat, rye, and barley are distilled separately, with proofs, cuts, and distillation parameters tuned for each grain. That extra control creates better balance and consistency—especially in whiskey and bourbon—and the same philosophy carries across the full spirits lineup.

Production is done on traditional pot stills with Scottish-style worm condensers, a slower and more hands-on method that helps preserve body, depth, and character in the final spirit. It is not the easiest way to do it, but it is the way Timber Creek chooses to do it.
