Our Florida Whiskey is a wheated bourbon with a sweet, smooth profile. We start with a 100% corn whiskey base and add a measured amount of 100% wheat whiskey to soften the sweetness of the corn. The mash bill sits at roughly 80% corn, which makes this the sweetest Florida whiskey we produce at Timber Creek Distillery. Finally, we blend in 100% single malt barley whiskey, which adds roundness and a subtle buttery character. We bottle this Florida whiskey unfiltered at 93 proof to preserve its natural character.

How Florida Whiskey Gets Its Character

This whiskey follows the traditional wheated bourbon style, where wheat replaces rye and reduces spice. As a result, the texture feels softer and more approachable than rye-forward expressions like our Florida Black Rye Whiskey.
