A: Yes. We host private events for corporate groups, weddings, birthdays, reunions, and bachelor/bachelorette parties. You can book a Distillery Tour & Tasting, the hands-on Bourbon Blending Experience, a Cocktail Class, or a Wine & Chocolate pairing. Add-ons include axe throwing, disc golf, live music, and curated food options. We offer simple, all-in-one drink packages with multiple choices (e.g., blueberry shrub cocktails, hurricanes, old fashioneds, peach bourbon smash, beer, and high-end wine on upscale tiers). Our team handles setup, staffing, and flow so your group can relax and enjoy.

A: Yes. Our Distillery Tour & Tasting takes you through the entire grain-to-glass process, from milling and mashing to fermentation, distillation, and bottling. You’ll see our traditional pot still in action and learn how we lauter our grains for a cleaner spirit. We offer several types of experiences: the classic Distillery Tour & Tasting, our hands-on Bourbon Blending Experience where you mix your own custom bourbon, our Cocktail Experience where you learn to make signature Timber Creek drinks, and our Wine & Chocolate Experience pairing artisan wines with hand-selected chocolates. Each experience ends with a guided tasting and plenty of time to ask questions.

For whiskey we work with already-aged single-grain distillations—corn, rye, wheat, and barley—that we distill and age separately for maximum control. From there, we custom blend each batch to match your preferred taste. This program isn’t limited to just whiskey — we also produce private label bourbon, vodka, rum, and gin, each crafted with the same attention to detail as our own Timber Creek lineup. Every spirit is made in-house, bottled under your brand, and built to meet the highest quality standards. A: We distill each grain separately—corn, rye, wheat, and barley—before blending, which gives us complete control over flavor. We use a traditional pot still, which keeps more of the grain’s natural character in the spirit. Before distillation, we lauter our grains, separating the sweet wort from the grain solids, allowing for a cleaner fermentation and a smoother final product. This extra attention to each step is what sets our spirits apart and gives them their depth and balance.

A: The best time to visit Timber Creek Distillery is on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., which is our open-to-the-public day. Most Saturdays we serve pizzas and cocktails, but it’s always smart to check our Facebook or Instagram first in case we’re away at events like the Sandestin Wine Festival or dealing with something on-site — we’re completely off-grid, so if the water goes out, we have to close. You can also book any of our experiences online during the week. We’re open by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for experiences like our Distillery Tour & Tasting, Bourbon Blending Experience, Cocktail Experience, and Wine & Chocolate pairing.
