We’re proud to announce that Timber Creek is now the exclusive partner for Bacigalupi Wines outside of California. This legendary family-run winery from the Russian River Valley has played a pivotal role in shaping American winemaking — and now, for the first time, you can experience their wines right here in Florida.

A Legacy of Excellence
Bacigalupi Vineyards is no ordinary winery. The Bacigalupi family has been growing grapes in Sonoma County since 1956, long before Russian River became a world-renowned wine region. Their fruit gained international fame in 1976, when Chateau Montelena’s Napa Chardonnay—made with 40% Bacigalupi grapes—won the historic Judgment of Paris, beating top French wines and putting California on the global wine map.

Today, Bacigalupi continues that tradition of excellence, producing limited, small-batch wines from their estate vineyards. Every bottle is a testament to meticulous farming, sustainable practices, and the family’s unwavering commitment to quality. These wines are coveted by collectors and rarely available outside of their own tasting room.

The Tasting Experience at Timber Creek
To celebrate this new partnership, we’re launching an exclusive Wine & Chocolate Tasting Experience at Timber Creek Winery & Distillery. This curated tasting includes:

• 2024 Rosé de Pinot – Bright, delicate, and floral, a perfect summer sip.
• 2023 Sauvignon Blanc – Crisp, citrusy, with a refreshing mineral finish.
• 2022 Chardonnay – Rich and elegant, with balanced oak and fruit.
• 2022 Pinot Noir – Silky texture, dark cherry, and classic Russian River spice.
• 2021 Petite Sirah – Bold, inky, and full-bodied with deep complexity.

Each 1.5 oz pour will be paired with chocolate-dipped fruit selected to accentuate the distinct notes of each wine.
