Join us for an immersive behind-the-scenes tour & tasting at Timber Creek Distillery, nestled in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. This guided experience offers a unique look at our craft distilling process — from locally sourced grains to the final pour.

You’ll walk through our working distillery and learn how we create our award-winning spirits using traditional techniques with a modern touch. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into each step of the process — fermentation, distillation, aging, and bottling — all happening right here on-site.

After the tour, relax and enjoy a tasting of our handcrafted spirits, including our Florida Vodka, Florida Gin, Florida Rum, and a selection from our Whiskeys.

Step behind the scenes at Timber Creek Distillery for a 90-minute immersive experience that takes you deep into the art and science of craft spirits. Your journey begins with a full guided tour of our distillery in the Florida Panhandle—where you’ll learn how we distill each grain from scratch and explore every step of the process, from fermentation and distillation to barrel aging.

Along the way, enjoy a guided tasting of Timber Creek’s award-winning whiskeys, rums, vodka, and gin. You’ll also be served three full-sized, handcrafted cocktails, each designed to highlight the unique character of our spirits—from bold old fashioneds to seasonal creations like blueberry shrub.

Our expert team will share cocktail-making tips, techniques, and stories, giving you a deeper appreciation for the ingredients, balance, and creativity that go into every pour.
