Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery, nestled in the rolling woods of North Florida. The tour showcases Timber Creek’s unique grain-to-glass process, where each grain—corn, wheat, rye, and barley—is fermented, distilled, and aged individually. This uncommon method yields 100% single-grain whiskeys, each with its own distinct flavor and character, setting the stage for true custom blending.

Each participant receives a professional blending kit, complete with:

• Includes a 750ml bottle of our signature Corn Whiskey — or elevate your experience with an optional upgrade to our premium 12-Year Aged Corn Whiskey.
• Three 375ml bottles of wheat, rye, and barley whiskey
• A graduated Pyrex beaker, a glass stir rod, and a precise pipette

Guided by Timber Creek’s proprietary Bourbon Blending Guide, guests experiment with different grain combinations to create a bourbon that reflects their personal palate.
