At Timber Creek, we distill each grain and botanical individually, allowing full control over mash bills and flavor profiles. This means we can craft a whiskey blend tailored to your exact flavor profile and proof with custom packaging you design. The same goes for our gin, made from scratch using hand-selected botanicals distilled separately and blended to taste. Our rum is made from 100% Florida evaporated cane syrup, our vodka from soft wheat, and our wines are now available thanks to our newly launched vineyard and winery license.
We’ve also invested in professional-grade label printing technology, giving you full creative freedom over the look and feel of your bottle, from classic elegance to wild, eye-catching design. We offer small batches or scalable runs depending on your needs, with expert support from concept to finished product.

On the wine side, we work with small, boutique producers in California who focus exclusively on high-quality, limited-production wines. These wines are not available in distribution, meaning they cannot be sourced anywhere else. This allows you to offer truly unique wines under your own label.

Who This Program Is For
Our private label program serves three primary customer categories:
1) Restaurants, Bars & Retail Beverage License Holders
If you already hold a Retail Beverage License, you can purchase private label spirits and wines directly from us.
- Minimum order: 10 cases (60 bottles) per product
- Products can be spirits, wines, or both
- You receive finished, labeled bottles ready for sale
Distribution laws vary by state. In Florida, we are already licensed and work with established distributors to deliver your branded products. For other states, we work with you to identify a distributor willing to represent the products.
We also partner with LibDib, a virtual distributor with presence in multiple states, which often provides a fast path to market.
2) Corporate Gifts, Special Events & Charitable Fundraising
This category includes:
- Corporate gifting
- Weddings and anniversaries
- Private events
- Fundraising for charities or organizations
We refer to this as Direct Sales.
You choose the product and create a custom label for your organization or event. We produce, label, and sell the finished product directly to you.
- Minimum order: 10 cases (60 bottles) per product
- You control how the bottles are used or distributed
This is a simple, powerful way to create memorable keepsakes or high-value fundraising items.
3) Brand Owners & Entrepreneurs
Many people dream of owning a spirits or wine brand. We provide a low-cost, realistic path to getting started.
It’s important to be transparent:
Launching and growing a brand is challenging and requires effort, consistency, and sales activity. It is far easier if you already have:
- An existing brand or business
- A large audience or community
- Strong social media presence
- Membership-based organizations
- Business or military networks
We are happy to support brand owners—but success depends heavily on your willingness to promote and sell.
Unlike restaurants or direct-sale customers, brand owners are typically not the end purchaser. Your customers will buy your product through liquor stores, restaurants, or distributors. You become the primary salesperson and brand ambassador.
Online Sales
Spirits e-commerce is heavily regulated and varies by state. While possible in certain cases, it is more complex.
Wine is much easier. Wineries are allowed to ship Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) in all but a few states. We can facilitate online wine sales as part of your brand strategy.
We can discuss online options in detail based on your goals.
The Private Label Process
The process is straightforward:
- Sample products
- Choose which products you want to brand
- Develop your label design
- Timber Creek produces and bottles the product
- Products are labeled and prepared for sale
- Products are sold to you or through distribution
The longest step is usually label design.
About Label Design
We are not graphic designers. However:
- We provide label examples
- We explain all required government label elements
- We can connect you with experienced designers who already work with our partners
Once your label is complete, we handle production and bottling.
Pricing (Transparent & Simple)
- Rum, Vodka, Gin: $20 per bottle
- Whiskey (up to 100 proof): $40 per bottle
Minimum order: 10 cases (60 bottles) per product
Distributor Brand Program (Deposit Model)
For brand owners selling through distribution:
- $5,000 production deposit required to start
- Deposit funds your initial production run
- You receive 100% of revenue until the deposit is fully repaid
- Deposit is fully recoverable as product sells
