Founded in 2014, Timber Creek Distillery is Florida’s grain-to-glass distillery, located just north of Destin in the heart of the Panhandle. We specialize in small-batch spirits made entirely in-house — from milling local grain to bottling each product by hand. Our lineup includes award-winning whiskeys, rums, vodkas, and gin, all crafted with care, character, and a deep connection to the art of distillation.

Distillery Tours & Tastings
Go behind the scenes with a guided tour of our grain-to-glass process. You’ll see how we distill each grain separately to create our signature single-grain whiskeys, and you’ll sample a curated lineup of our most popular spirits — including Florida Vodka, Apple Pie Rum, Southern Reserve Bourbon, and 100% Florida Black Rye.
Bourbon Blending Experience
Take your whiskey knowledge to the next level with our hands-on blending workshop. Using single-grain whiskeys made from corn, wheat, rye, and barley, you’ll create your own custom bourbon mash bill.
Cigar Rolling & Whiskey Pairing
Watch a torcedor roll fresh cigars on-site, then pair your cigar with a flight of Timber Creek whiskeys chosen to complement the smoke.
Wine & Chocolate Tastings
Now featuring wines from Bacigalupi Vineyards — a historic family-run winery from the Russian River Valley — we offer a high-end tasting experience right here in Florida. Each wine is paired with chocolate-dipped fruit to highlight the nuances in each pour.

How Timber Creek Distillery Started
Crafted from Scratch. Rooted in Florida.
Timber Creek Distillery was founded in 2014 with one goal: to create high-quality, small-batch spirits using local ingredients and complete control over the process — from grain to glass.
Set in the hills north of Destin, Florida, the distillery was built from the ground up, starting with a commitment to single-grain distillation. Unlike most producers, we chose to distill each grain — corn, wheat, rye, and barley — individually. That decision gave us the ability to custom-blend mash bills, experiment with flavor, and deliver spirits with clarity and depth.
From our very first batches of whiskey and rum, everything has been made on-site: milled, mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled by hand. Today, Timber Creek has expanded into a full experience, with axe throwing, disc golf, private events, and tastings room featuring Vodka, Gin, Rums, Whiskeys and custom blending kits.
