mojo seasoning. Alongside the star dish, you’ll savor:

• Ropa Vieja – tender shredded beef in a rich tomato and pepper sauce
• Congris Rice – perfectly seasoned rice with black beans
• Crispy Plantains – golden and slightly sweet
• Cuban Bread Pudding – a decadent way to finish the night
